We're hiring
See the roles, compensation, and application details below.

Open positions
Each role includes the responsibilities, level, compensation, and how to apply.
How we work
Do meaningful work. Build something real.
Good products come from people who care about the problem, the users, and seeing the work through.
Everyone has the context
We document decisions and the reasoning behind them, so everyone can understand the work—not just sit in the meeting.
Stay close to users
Remote work doesn't mean being far from users. Everyone meets users at least once a month and visits shops when the work calls for it.
Your pay isn't tied to your location
Your level determines your compensation, not the city you live in.
Start with a problem. Ship the solution.
We don't stop at ideas or presentations. We understand the problem, find a solution, build it, and make sure people actually use it.
What you get
Level-based compensation and employee stock options
BPJS health and employment coverage
Additional private health insurance
Remote work from anywhere in Indonesia
Monthly allowance for internet, coworking, or your home office
Annual learning budget
14 days of annual leave plus compassionate leave
Hiring process
When we open a role, here's what happens.
The process is simple and transparent. We care more about how you think and work than how polished your answers sound.
- 01
Tell us a little about yourself
Send a short note about your most relevant experience and why you're interested in Larizin. A CV or portfolio is welcome, but optional.
- 02
Try a small challenge
We'll give you a challenge based on a real work situation. For L2, it usually takes 2–3 hours. There's no deadline and we don't grade you on speed. Your work stays private and is never used in production. You can use AI—just tell us how you used it.
- 03
Talk it through in chat
For 60–90 minutes, we'll chat about how you think, make decisions, and work with others. No phone or video call.
- 04
We'll keep you posted
We'll update you after every stage. If we decide not to continue, we'll briefly explain why.
