Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Larizin, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About Larizin
Larizin is a point-of-sale and business management application operated by PT Larisin Kreasi Digital, designed to help small and medium businesses in Indonesia manage sales, inventory, and transactions across one or more branches.
Account & Usage Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription Plans & Billing
Larizin offers paid subscription plans billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on a monthly or yearly cycle, as shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand; you can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Some plans include a free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless stated otherwise.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed either through our licensed payment partner or via manual bank transfer to our company account. For online payments, your card, bank, and e-wallet details are entered and handled directly by the payment partner and are never stored on our servers — we only receive confirmation of your payment status. For manual bank transfer, instructions and our bank account details are shown in the app, and your subscription or order is confirmed once we verify your payment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may request a refund within 3 days of a successful payment by contacting us at the email below; refunds outside this window are granted only at our discretion (for example, duplicate charges or confirmed payment gateway errors). Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and, if applicable, will deactivate the related subscription. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period unless it separately qualifies under this policy.
Development Status
Larizin is currently under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time, and early access may have limitations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larizin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Indonesia.
